Callawassie is a gated island community between Bluffton and Beaufort, reached by a causeway over the marsh. Mornings & Mulligans sits right on the course.

Mornings start in the sunroom, coffee in hand, watching herons work the pond and the first groups come through the 9th tee. Afternoons split off: a round on the Fazio course, a swim at one of the two club pools, a bike ride under live oaks and Spanish moss. Evenings end back on the deck as the light goes gold over the water.

It's built for golf trips with friends, families visiting a new Marine at Parris Island, and anyone who wants a few slow days somewhere beautiful. The kitchen is stocked, the beds are good, and the TV is optional. One guest told us they never turned it on all week.

Is golf really included?

Yes. Every stay includes 2 complimentary rounds of championship golf per day for two golfers, worth about $250 a day. The course is closed Mondays. Club rentals are available at the pro shop.

Is this a standalone house?

It's a townhouse: one side of a well-insulated duplex with its own entrance, deck and driveway. You'll have the entire home except the garage and one locked owner's closet.

How does pricing work for 5 or 6 guests?

The nightly rate covers up to 4 guests. For 5 or 6, there's an extra $20 per guest per night, added automatically at booking.

What's the minimum age and are pets allowed?

The booking guest must be at least 25. Pets, smoking and events aren't permitted. Kids and infants are welcome.

How does check-in work?

Before arrival you'll complete a short online check-in (rental agreement and ID). Your door code arrives the day before check-in. No app needed.
